From there, I’ll shape the core messaging around your audience, your offer, your objectives, and your tone—so everything we write is grounded, aligned, and unmistakably you.

02: DEEP DIVE & BRAND CLARITY (WEEK 2)

03: RESEARCH & VOICE IMMERSION (WEEKS 1 AND 2)

Learning how you sound—and how your audience speaks.

I immerse myself in your existing brand materials, tone of voice, and the competitive landscape to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where we can stand out. I dig into customer pain points, reviews, and voice-of-customer data—and when needed, I’ll interview key team members or stakeholders to make sure the messaging feels like you and speaks directly to them.

With the groundwork in place, I explore messaging angles, build structure, and write copy that supports your goals—creatively and strategically. Every draft comes with context, clarity, and the thinking behind the words, plus space for your feedback so we can refine it together.

I approach feedback as a creative conversation—open, flexible, and focused on getting it right. Whether your review process is collaborative or buttoned-up, I work efficiently to refine the copy so it aligns with shifting goals, internal input, or evolving direction—without losing the heart of the message. Includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions available at an hourly rate.

05: REFINEMENT & COLLABORATION (WEEK 4)

You’ll receive final copy that’s clean, aligned, and tailored to its medium—whether it’s a landing page, an email series, an ad campaign, or your full website. I don’t just hand off the words—I also provide guidance on layout, flow, and placement to make sure your message shines wherever it lives. Final copy provided in Google Docs or your preferred format.
