If a payment remains outstanding after 30 days, I reserve the right to send your account to collections. You will then be responsible for the total overdue amount plus any collection-related fees, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

CHARGEBACKS

You agree to make every reasonable attempt to request a refund directly from me, Julie Tomlinson, Copywriter, before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit access to any materials, bonuses, downloads, or services received as part of your original purchase.

I reserve the right to provide evidence of your purchase, access, and agreement to these Terms and Conditions to your financial institution during the dispute process.

RECURRING PAYMENTS

If you have signed up for a payment plan, you hereby authorize my continued access to your financial information stored securely by my third-party payment processor until your payment plan is complete, as outlined during your purchase at checkout.

RECURRING PAYMENTS

You have the unilateral right to terminate your use of and access to any of my offerings. To do so, please send an email to tomlinsondjulie@gmail.com to initiate the process. Please note that termination does not excuse you from any remaining payments. Upon confirmation of your termination, any outstanding balance becomes immediately due. Any unpaid balance remaining after 14 days may be sent to collections, and you agree to be responsible for all additional costs associated with recovery, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If we are unable to resolve a dispute through good-faith negotiation, you agree to make a reasonable attempt to settle the matter through Alternative Dispute Resolution or mediation before pursuing a civil claim.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

If you are found to be slandering, libeling, or otherwise disparaging me, my business, or any of my offerings in a way that causes material harm, I reserve the right to remove you from all offerings and communications immediately. I also reserve the right to pursue a civil action for damages related to such conduct.
