Co-founder Liz Nguyen had the vision (and the dog food) but needed a brand voice that matched her mission: fun, real, and full of heart. Happy Tail Co. already stood out for its clean ingredients, but the copy lacked the playful clarity to communicate why it mattered.

My solution? To bring the brand’s personality to life across its digital presence—designing the website, crafting email copy, and creating social content that’s energetic, trustworthy, and full of feel-good flavor.

Together, we gave Happy Tail Co. a voice as bright and lovable as the pets it’s made for.
